one of the questions was this: if you had could choose to live a life as an entirely content simpleton (forest gump) or a tortured genius (pablo picasso) what would you choose?
i was really taken aback when a lot of my friends said that they would choose to be forest.

by writegirl ini stumbled on this site by accident and i'm kind of glad i did.
in the past i have typically avoided these sites because most people on them seem newly bitter and i didn't like the tone.
i was raised a witness by an alcoholic father and an abusive stepmother.

Welcome Writegirl I hope you find the forum helpful and I think you will. But you will find some bitter people here and they have their reasons, please don't judge them harshly. I for one would throw a massive party if the WBTS crashed and burned tomorrow, and one of the reasons is hearing stories like yours.

consider how another christian was able to help her bible student.
the student was attending meetings and sharing in the ministry and had already expressed a desire to get baptised.
